Dating back over 300 years our Gîte has been tastefully renovated and modernised in 2019 to a very high standard. We have used quality fixtures, fittings and high quality furnishings, all with the express aim of ensuring that our guests are provided with all the home comforts for their time with us. We are extremely proud of our official 4 star rating from the Limousin Tourist Board, the only Gîte in our local area to achieve this.

The Gîte is perfect for a summer or winter break to enjoy the exclusive use of the garden and pool, as well as exploring the fantastic surrounding area. Inside boasts 3 good sized bedrooms, all of which have high quality mattresses, linen and a variety of pillows to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The modern and light bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit, mirror, light, combination bath/shower, washbasin and toilet. The lounge and dining areas are very comfortable and the new, fully equipped kitchen has everything for all your catering needs.

Need WiFi? We have you covered throughout the property and most of the outside, and all bedrooms enjoy a double USB charging socket - just bring your cable.

The garden has been designed for maximum versatility with an exterior dining area, shaded relaxation area, BBQ “kitchen”, play area and above all, the private river, pool and sunbathing deck.

For the sun-worshippers, the pool area benefits from direct sunshine throughout the day. For those wishing to escape the heat, the cool area next to the river is ideal to sit and enjoy a drink, listen to music and read a book. You might also be lucky and spot the local Kingfisher as it looks for a meal in the river under the trees. An ideal spot to unwind and relax alongside the calming and relaxing sound of nature and the river. Dine al-fresco; relax during the day and enjoy an aperitif next to the river or bathe in the comfort of your exclusive pool - the choice is yours. There are a variety of games for the more active to enjoy, including boules, table-tennis, darts … and many more! The Gîte is comfortable and central heating throughout ensures a cosy and comfortable get away for a winter break to snuggle together with DVD’s, enjoy walks in the local countryside or play a variety of board games that are available in the Gîte.
